I walked into their store today to see the Roma and Portofino. I was greeted very warmly by the receptionist. She was very nice and referred me to Brendan for my questions regarding the cars. Brendan was very helpful and answered all of my questions, including informing me that the Roma would be released at a later time. He was very hospitable, patient and kind. I didn't walk in looking like , yet I believe he treated me just as kindly as he would have if he thought I'd buy the car right on the spot. I would recommend anyone looking at the Ferrari ask for Brendan.
