The worst service ever! 1. Expensive. More expensive than other clinics providing same services and same quality standards. 2. No answers. You can phone them and won't be able to talk to them: either busy line or voicemail recommending not to leave a voicemail!!! 3. Waiting outside/outdoor (even on a cold, rainy day and with a newborn). As they are difficult to reach by phone and to get an answer via email, you may need to wait 24h, you may want to go there in person but no one will let you in even if it's cold, rainy and you have a newborn with you. What happened to us is that an assistant reached us outside with pen and paper to pencil down our request. With Covid restrictions, you may allow people in one by one by simply telling them to wait in the car until they are ready to receive you. 4. Business. Well, if you want a fast track service, you need to pay 210! Also the prices advertised online are \from\ a certain amount of pounds, so, be ready to pay more than that...

I had to have a Covid test 72 hours before I fly. From the first call to make the booking, the staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The person who did the swabs was very nice, explained what to expect and very calming. Excellent service all round
Overall great experience. Communication was sometimes difficult but always super polite and helpful. They weren’t always taking calls and the email answer took some time but it was still very useful when it did arrive. They were super helpful making sure that my PCR result arrived on time for my travel. On arrival, the staff was super polite and friendly and the PCR was done very professionally. All appropriate measures were put in place and taken seriously.
I've had a perfect experience at Travel Klinix, the place is very clean and spacious, masks are required and social distancing too. The staff is very lovely and professional, and the covid-19 test didn't even hurt. I did the PCR test this morning at 8.30 and I have already received my results - I paid for the fast track service but the results arrived very early and the doctor labeled my test as urgent. The certificate is very detailed giving all the information required to cross the border in Spain, making the process easy. I definitely recommend it to anyone travelling during these very difficult times, and I would definitely come back! Thank you so much.
What a pleasant surprise. After scouring the net... to eventually find someone who could actually help, with this tight 72 hr time frame. Dr Gowda was so very professional, and showed such a level of kindness and genuine empathy. His professionalism was exemplary. Got our result in 12 hrs.
