Very knowledgable about bikes. Able to test ride. Downside is limited stock, orders taking approx month to arrive and pricey...supply and demand issues.

Went to their Truro store to enquire about and purchase an electric bike. I have no knowledge about bikes and I found the store staff to be very helpful and friendly without being 'pushy' for a sale.
