Beautiful beach. Looked like good fun for surfing. Had lifeguards present (Oct 23rd 20). Beach opens up nicely with exposed cliff and rock pools with the tide out. Car park coins only.

One of my favourite beaches in this side of Cornwall. Safe for swimming. Dog friendly. Car Park nearby. Currently 2 for 3 hours. Steep slopes to beach.
Lovely beach and dunes to walk the dog, and beautiful views from the coast path.
Our favourite beach on the north coast. A good children's playground close to but not on the beach. Plenty of room even at the height of the summer, a large car park and the best \beach\ bar in Cornwall in the Blue Bar. Covid compliant, good food and great staff. Having said all that please stay away as we want it for ourselves!
Lovely beach village with lots to do in a small space. Nice walks along the coastal cliffs, great food and beverage venues, and surf hire shops for the more adventurous.
One of my personal favourite beaches in Cornwall. Amazing surfing when the waves are good. Stunning tidal pool to the right of the beach. When the tides out the beach spans all the way to chapel porth beach too which you can walk. Absolutely incredible beach.
I love Porthtowan beach, parking is easy enough, icecream and coffee is close by, as are other luxuries yet the beach feel is peaceful. The beach is beautiful and the coast path holds great views too.
Good parking, nice t picnic, walk, play, surf and there is a nice little vegan outlet Natures Treat t get yr snacks from.. I like Porthtowan any time of the year...
