WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The price list on their menu is not the price that you see on your ticket. They overcharge without even telling you. I asked to have my money refunded it was literally attacked by the kid manning the register. And then when I asked her to get the manager or owner‘s phone number the adult working the back came in pretty much did the same. And said it wasn’t their fault which is fine I understand and it’s not even About the quantity or the amount that they overcharge but the fact of how many people do they overcharge each day?? This must be how they make their profit. I asked to speak to the owner they gave me his number but then he was expecting my call so set my calls straight to voicemail. The adult employee then came to her rescue and literally tried to turn the conversation over saying I had started The argument. I just wanted my money back and them to realize that what they are doing is wrong. It is a crime. As if that wasn’t the worst of the evening the older employee who actually prepared my order in the end I get so with bare hands. She picked up the fruit with her bare hands when she had just been on the phone. No gloves nothing. Never to return to this place again!!!

They have good Horchatas, BUT their super chicken Nachos tore my stomach apart and they added a dollar tip without my approval or even giving me the option to tip, and didn't notice until I saw my bank statement...
Very yummy, tried for the first time and loved it! Have lots of things to choose from. Kind of pricey but to me this one was worth it.
This spot is absolutely kid friendly. We're new to just about all of the sweet treats here in Tucson. The staff didn't mind explaining the menu to us, to ensure we got what was going to keep us coming back. My boys got ice cream in a waffle cone. The portion size was huge. Sidenote: I thought to myself when I seen the cones, there's no way they'll eat all of that. They proved my thought wrong. I'd say it's a must stop if you need a sugar rush.
I got to admit the ice cream there is truly good
