On the first call I was put on hold for 22 minutes while she \visited\ with the doctor. Called back, would not even attempt to make an appointment unless I came in first and gave her a copy of my insurance (Basically wanting me to waste more time and energy coming to get a \pre-approval\ from my insurance. Then she said she would have to bill me for my first visit and I'd get reimbursed from my insurance, each subsequent appointment would be ran through insurance! What a sham!
