I just moved to Tyler and was nervous to take my border collie in for a bath and to have his nails trimmed. Kayla did an amazing job. Not only did she bathe him and trimmed his nails, she called me to clarify the trimming I wanted on his backside and the feathering behind his front legs. I was so happy and so impressed by Kayla’s care of my dog while he was there and have to say it is the best grooming Remmy has had.

Haley is a great worker. She has helped us get our aquarium up and balanced, put the correct fish together for a happy environment, and made this an overall fun project that my grandchildren are enjoying. It's wonderful to deal with knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff.

I have never had a better experience with any other pet/supply store. The staff is more than helpful and friendly. It is clean, the animals are so well taken care of and are happy, and the prices are fair. I especially want to give a huge thumbs up and virtual hug to Nancy. She is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure the customers and animals are taken care of. So glad we have this place and staff in Tyler, Texas

This PetCo should not be selling reptiles. I watched a sells person sale a family a crested gecko and enclosure, the enclosure was not much bigger then the gecko. He also sold them a water bowl that took up almost the floor space of the enclosure it was stepper and deep then gecko would be able to get out of. The food bowl and substrate won't fit in the enclosure with how big the water bowl is, he didn't recommend any anything for the animal to climb on or hide in or get a way from the heat bulb. This poor animal will most like die from drowning or bake to death.

*EDIT* I recently gave this location an unsatisfied review and just today realized I had reviewed the wrong location! Sorry That being said, this place is great- Super clean, I always get fast friendly service and fair prices. Plus I acquired this little buddy there, (we named him Falcor) and he is the bestest.
