Watch out! Totally not recommend. After they offered a voucher or a ridiculous refund for a new suitcase I chose a refund. Over a year and a half has passed and I still have not received it. They are not answering anymore.

The worst company on the earth! Believe me I have already waited 90 days and 30 days more! Till now I didn’t get my refund money due to cancellation flight! Even I requested them on Facebook and email! Also no response! Bad service! Bad respect!
Pandemic..people don’t have money, and it seems like the next Great Depression is near. So the best UIA could do is extremely increase their prices, and continue to offer awful service. Minimum 500-600 for a 3-4 hours flight, bravo Typical Jewish boss
Money refund. I'm sorry, to wite this way, but there are many people who wait for a refund during months. I received approval for refund 06.05.2020 and still didn't get the money. For my 5 requests, there are no answers. Do you really think that you respect your customers doing things like this?

I have flown many many times in my life, and never have I experienced this bad a flight. I flew from Kiev to Delhi, and everything was horrible, except the staff. The flight was dirty, the seats, the floor and the toilets. I found trash in the pocket in front of my seat. The seats were extremely small, and the man on my right side couldn’t fit in the seat at all. The space between my seat and the one in front was so small that my knees touched the seat in front of me the whole time, no matter how I put my legs. The flight was extremely cold as well, and it seemed like the thermostat was broken. When the food arrived I was very shocked! It was probably the grossest thing ever ever eaten: a steamed/baked nugget of minced chicken without any salt, three pieces of disgusting cheese on a lettuce leaf, extremely dry bread and a piece of dry cake, porridge with mushrooms and the only good thing was a piece of boiled broccoli... I would recommend everyone to choose another airline to travel with, even though it’s a little more expensive!
Never received refund from UIA. Never managed to contact and receive the reply from the customer service.
I canceled my flight since all this Covid thing. They told me that I will get my money back in 90 days. 90 days have passed a week ago. I didn’t get my money back and the company is not answering any of my emails. I will not recommend to fly with this airlines!
