We started working with Ben two years ago when we came across a broken old baby grand which had been condemned to a skip. Ben essentially gave this piano a new life - repaired broken bits, cleaned it out, tuned it, did some magic, so now it is completely refurbished, has a beautiful voice and is a joy to play. Ben has been tuning it ever since. He is a true master who has a profound knowledge of pianos, and is also honest, straighforward, very easy to talk to and work with. Hope to continue working with Ben in the future.
