Update with the receipt to prove that is not a scam as the owner lies. WORST EXPERIENCE I have bought the Worcester Greenstar 30I Combi Boiler ERP from their website, they have sent me an a confirmation email and a delivery date. Based on that I have booked a plumber to come and fix the boiler. After 2 days I was contacted by Khan which I think is the only person behind this business and ask me for more money. Initali I said no but because I have booked a plumber I agree to pay more with just one condition, to send me the boiler the next day as I have booked the plumber which will charge me for his time, at which can replied yes I'll send it to arrive next day. He did not send the boiler, I have paid the plumber for his lost time and on top of all that in order to get my money back I need it to contact PayPal as he will not refund the money. Like I said, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Was looking for a new boiler as my old one was on the way out, I had several quotes from other companies recommending me a variety of different products, but after speaking to Arshad at Unique Heating supplies I felt like I could trust him and he knew what he is talking about. Provided me with a Baxi 630, all the fittings and installation was quick. The engineer on arrival was wearing the correct PPE and was very friendly. Spent a few hours changing the boiler and did not leave any mess which was GREAT!!. Will highly recommend for any Boiler or bathroom needs. Keep up the good work Arshad and Team.
