25/11/2016. Hi. Ive just had a Witter fixed flange tow bar fitted to my 2008 Ford C Max by a highly skilled and very helpful mobile fitter named Martin from United Towbars. Martin answered all my questions/queries that i had regarding me fitting a motorbike carrier rack to the towbar and my concerns about the tow bar interfering with the rear parking sensors that i have fitted to my car. The quality of the Witter tow bar is second to none with a very thick and strong reinforcement beam hidden behind the rear bumper.All the metal parts of the tow bar are powder coated to a high standard so that they last the test of time. The quality of service i received from my initial enquiry phone call to the fitting of the tow bar itself has been outstanding.The staff at United tow bars managed to do the fitting at very short notice which i cant thank them enough for.The mobile fitter named Martin is a credit to the company.Overall,a 1st class service and very reasonably priced too.I would highly reccomend United tow bars to anyone who's thinking of having a tow bar fitted by them.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT I had bought a car with a Witter removable towbar that would not locate correctly when a trailer was hitched up. I called several companies on a Saturday afternoon and the ONLY one that took the time to assist me was United Towbars. From Jen in the office to Jason, a mobile fitter, their care and assistance was simply incredible. I am not a customer of theirs yet but having had Jason spend time over several phone calls explaining what was required, what I should attempt to do and finally resolving my situation, THIS WAS A JOY TO EXPERIENCE. The old saying of \people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care\ really applies to this company. The least I could do was write a review and when I need a towbar in the future and when anyone I know needs one, I'll be recommending this company immediately. FIRST RATE!
