Bought a memory foam dog bed a couple of weeks ago, first purchase from this company. Web site easy to navigate, price good compared to other similar products from other companies. Bed ordered one evening, delivered less than 48 hours later. Very pleased with the bed, more importantly so are my dogs. So much so that I ordered another one a few days later; similar easy transaction, again delivered quickly. Will purchase again, very happy with the product and service from All Pet Solutions.

Had an issue with UV unit and bulb was initially replaced to find that whole unit was faulty. Dealt with this in a fast manner and in the end replaced straight away. All returns were free of charge with very good communications throughout. All staff were polite and friendly with each contact.

Thank you for an excellent service. Ordered a medium sized bed for my 15 year old poodle on Friday 22nd. It arrived on Saturday 23rd in the minimum of packing. Very pleased to say my dog loves it, soft and cosy for her .
