A rare 5* review from me for Van Trade Direct. They met me out of hours on a cold, wet, miserable Sunday afternoon and let me take out a van for a test drive. No hard pressure sales at all, very welcoming and accommodating. We ended up not buying the van as it wasn’t right for us but the customer service was excellent!
