It's not good as business center all , no car parking, and very busy and narrow roads when you get out.

Business center. Not really comfortable in summer due to hot temperatures inside some offices (glass walls) and no trees around. By the way, can be a parking hub towards Venice.

Modern place, but absolutely in the middle of nowhere. Be sure to come prepared with food, water and coffee unless you plan on taking a train to the nearest continent to get to the nearest cafe/restaurant/manned outpost.
