Recently renewed my membership at this location, love the facility and all of its amenities. But Kasey, the sales manager, was so disrespectful. I was simply walking down the hall, and took a sip of water (god for bid). Instead of politely asking me to pull my mask up, he decided to be a tough guy and address the issue in a very rude tone. I have no problem pulling up my mask when asked, but I do have a problem when someone approaches me disrespectfully. This lead to a verbal argument in the main lobby, which is very unprofessional and lacked highly in customer service. Lifetime should be embarrassed to have a guy like this, especially in such a big roll.

I came in for a guest pass (which the front desk very graciously comped because their system wasn’t working). That’s where the good ends. This facility doesn’t have solid COVID-19 safety measures enforced. Wipe dispensers all around the weight area are broken. Half the guests either have their masks pulled down all the way or not covering their nose. It’s definitely concerning. Update - I came back today (1/16) and the situation has not improved so I reported them to the Lake County Health Department.

Once a great club hasn’t been the same post covid19 re-opening. Management really took a hit across the board. Trash club.

I’ve enjoyed this club for years. It’s twice as expensive as most local clubs. The facility and equipment are nice but not incomparable. What you pay for is thus a higher quality of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. That being said, my impression of this club has taken a serious downturn during the Covid-19 pandemic. Their enforcement of state and county mandated protocols is reducible to but a few bottles of hand sanitizer around the club. For weeks upon weeks now, well over 60% of patrons on the fitness floor do not wear a face mask over their nose and mouth. Today, for example, around of 100% of young men in the free weight area did not have masks on and this went on for hours. The club’s management has communicated that it “does its best” to enforce this mandate and that it faces a challenge to have staff that can essentially do their job. But why do patrons who are sensitive to the pandemic and who follow club rules have to pay or feel vulnerable due to deficiencies of management? For weeks upon weeks now, Ive watched Lifetime staff walk right past people violating these policies. At some times, staff even interacts with them in friendly ways. I’ve been patient. But I now find it imperative to communicate to the public that there is no serious enforcement of Covid 19 regulations. For those of us who face health conditions that make us or family members vulnerable tot he pandemic, it’s quite unfortunate to know that this club cannot enforce the very rules it’s supposed to. If any club can do a sufficient job with this, it’s easy to presume that lifetime would be that club. It’s what many of us pay a high rate for. This sadly is not the case. Lifetime seems to be doing worse than it’s competition in this regard. Ultimately, if you’re looking for a club with a higher standard of professionalism and regard for health and safety, this club is not that kind of club. I now feel the need to report them to the county health department.
