His workouts are certain to work every single part of your body. You will discover muscles you didn't know existed and over time and through hard work your body will respond and feel better! His personalized attention and energy keep every workout engaging and ones you want to do well in - even when you're too tired to stand :). I've enjoyed the added benefit of learning to 'box' from someone who definitely knows his sport! My wife recently began going to Chris and Lucina and she loves the experience as well. Chris and Lucina are highly professional and motivated individuals. They create an atmosphere for all age and level boxers. At my age I was unsure, but I don't regret joining the gym for one minute. They make Vero Beach proud!
