This was one of the greatest car buying experiences I've had over the years! Mohammed was exceptional in taking the time to listen, answered all my questions in detail and was very patient throughout the process. He was knowledgable not just with the infinities but knew a variety of makes and models inside out. Nickolav in Finance was also great to deal with. He too was kind, patient and explained everything that was needed and made sure I understood each document that I was signing. Recently was in the market for a Toyota Camry. I happened to find one that I was interested in at Sheehy Infiniti of Tyson. When I put in a search request, I was called by Antonio Hernandez. I setup a time to meet with him and look at the car. What I found when I arrived was a really polite salesman. Antonio had the car ready for me to test drive. After the test drive, we sat down and started talking numbers. He knew where I needed to be price wise. Unfortunately, it looked like it would not work out. I left, thanked him and a few hours later he called and we had a deal. He went to bat for me with his Sales Mgr and finally arrived at a price I was satisfied with. Antonio is a fine young man and I'd be happy to do business with him again. No high pressure sales tactics at all. I liked that. I'm happy with my purchase and happy with my buying experience. Both Antonio and Nikolay (Finance person) were wonderful. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Thanks again to everyone that worked with me at Sheehy Infiniti of Tysons.
