First off, I had to suggest Google change the address because it isn't correct. It sent me to Harbor Freights. Second, when I arrived, 3 people stared at me from the back for a few minutes before actually asking me if I had an appointment. Then they proceeded to quiz me about what I ate that day and said it wasn't enough. I asked to be \transferred\ to the Harwood Heights location, which was a good call because they're closer and BETTER. I did not feel welcome at this location and I don't think the lady who talked to me knew what she was doing. I don't recommend it.

Last went a few months ago and never went back. The botched the stick and hit a nerve in my arm, I was in pain for a month afterwards, will be finding a better place closer to home

Im siting here for 2 hrs!!! When I went up to the girl to ask when they would see me she said \look there is only 2 of us and I'm the only one who can enter you\. They open at 9:15 (I was here at 9:15 one of the first people there!! I SCHEDULED this early on purpose for this exact reason) there is no reason to make an appointment if you're going to help everyone else who is walking in. If you are short staffed its professional courtesy to staff adequately there was soooooo much room for another employee. Also if your the only one that can enter new donors shouldn't you be looking at the schedule to schedule your day accordingly??? Horrible management!!

Very long wait times. Biolife has more appointments scheduled than their staff can handle and it is leading to poor customer service. Management team appears no where to be found, every once in a while someone from management comes out to put on a set and then they head back to their office away from the work. Staff complain about each other, management, long work hours and deservingly so, there is a lack of leadership at this location. A suggestion would be to cross-train your employees so they can help on the floor. The screeners and nurses stand around while there are long waits for donor to be connected to machines. All hands on deck. One more thing, I was told by one of the staff that the germ infested laminated “close contact” sheets that donors get after passing screening are not used to enter into a system and that they just get erased and used over again. The nurse starting my procedure doesn’t initial and sometimes others come over and they don’t initial either. Please stop this cross-contamination practice if it is not serving a legitimate tracking purpose.

They need more staff or stop overfilling the time slots. I used to be in and out . Now 10-15 people in line to get their finger pricked and 10-15 people in line for a bed , is the new normal. It’s terrible . Expect to spend 1 1/2- 2 hours in there just for the lines and another 45- 60 minutes getting plasma drawn . Don’t make any other plans for that day because this will take you hours . The last time I went it took 3 hours, and I was only giving plasma for 45 minutes. There were plenty of opens sections , they just didn’t have enough staff. I didn’t want to write this review because I didn’t want to detour people from going since there are people that need plasma to live but this place is getting worse by the day . I’m going to see what I need to do to change donation centers .
