I have a pretty good experience with this clinic and I would recommend it. Lab services can take awhile. Also, Don't go by the hours they have posted for the lab. They say the lab closes at 3pm. I arrived at 238pm and was told they ran out of tickets. Lol, how about they cut the line off at 230pm. Talking about taking time off from my,job just to encounter that. The space for labs only has room for 1 technician and they have an hour lunch break. Hopefully the VA can either expand or build a new facility to allow for a larger lab center with 2 or 3 technicians.

Labs the only call 2 numbers in 30 minutes to an hr. This is ridiculous.

I have been going to this clinic a few years now and every time I have to speak to Nurse Wolfe she is very rude, dismissive and will ask you a question and then cut you off before thinking about saying a word. No veteran should have to be handled in a rude or disrespectful way but that seems to be the culture in the VA health system. There are some nice people but most act like it's boot camp instead of a health service. Respect goes a long ways, especially when the Vets have served and want to be treated fairly. If a Vet is rude or an employee that shouldn't carry over to the next person's experience.

I like coming here. All the folks working there are very pleasant and seems genuinely interested in doing their best, despite witnessing them having to deal with some older \cranky\ (my words not theirs) retirees. Drs and Nurses and Lab folks all good. Very patient.

Wait times are ridiculous. They should pay the veteran his/her hourly wage for time missed from work. Lab never starts at 8 as advertised. People laughing and having a good ol time behind the counter while patients stack up with frustration in the waiting area. The techs and doctors are nice and professional once you are seen but that is about it.
