Excellent Bath carpet company. The carpet fitters arrived did and really professional job with the fitting and showed up wearing masks which was a nice touch in current climate. The carpets are so soft and luxurious I couldn't be happier and really finishes my loft conversion off perfectly. 5 stars for a superb Bath carpet supply and fit shop.

I'm new to Bath and didn't know any flooring companies. I google best Bath flooring companies and Virtuoso came near the top of the search and reviews looked great so gave them a call. I couldn't recommend highly enough, service was great. They went through loads of flooring options from luxury vinyl tiles to wood flooring and even rubber flooring! I wasn't an easy customer :) but they managed to find the perfect vinyl tiles for my hallway! Excellent floor supply and floor fitters in Bath.
Unfortunately they ghosted me entirely after I asked for clarification on a quote that they had already taken a long time to send through. They could have at least replied to my email and been professional about it - it was also double the other quote we had for some reason. It's set us back a few weeks (waiting for a reply and sorting a new company etc) They get two stars because they were quick, efficient and friendly when coming round to do the measurements so can't fault them there.
Had insulation boards and Kardean flooring laid on our concrete conservatory floor. Everything from quote to final fitting was well done. Very impressed by the work they did. I would use this company again.
Virtuoso Flooring recently fitted carpets throughout the communal areas of a 4 story block of flats. From the time of the quote to completion they have been efficient, professional and with great customer service. On the day of fitting the team worked hard achieving an excellent finish thoroughly cleaning up after themselves. Happy to recommend their services.
