THEY ARE QUICK TO CHARGE YOU AND NOT PROVIDE YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE!! Ordered my son’s birth certificate from California through them since he needed his ASAP and that was almost 5 months ago, They have horrible customer service no one to speak to, no one answers emails and they don’t even have an online support team member or customer service available!!! We lost everything in a fire and live in Tennessee and all we are trying to do is be able to get his drivers license replaced but can’t without his birth certificate!!! I want my money back so I can just order it through the state it was faster because that’s how I got mine!! Completely disappointed because I used them for years and will never use them again.

It's been a year now since I've ordered and I have not recieved anything. I reached out to VitalChek and was essentially told to go to the county office and get the birth certificate myself. What did I pay for??? All emails after asking for a refund have been ignored. Avoid this service. You're better off doing it yourself.
I ordered a birth certificate 10 months ago and received the tracking and confirmation number. When I called customer service 3 months ago they stated they had no idea what happened to it and to just wait for it... now it’s been a total Of 10 months and when I use my tracking information to “manage my order” it doesn’t even let me log in. Like what is really going on with y’all
Ordered birth certificate for my sick father 6 months ago got order confirmation with tracking but carrier never received package from Vitalchek and now zero response to my emails and phone calls. Horrible thing to take money from people who need loved ones paperwork during they're time of need and worse then that won't refund the money so we could seek out other services.
at the end of the day u spent 3x the and 3x as fast as if u would just waited your turn at county records.... what vital chek doesn't tell u upfront before taking your money .. is u still need to go to a notary ..... good luck
