We have used Pelsall Domestic Repairs on several occasions for different appliances . Firstly Cooker oven & this week Washing Machine. Always a fantastic service. Issue sorted promptly on the same day everytime. Would highly recommend. Excellent prices and highly skilled electrician.

Washing Machine stopped working. Rang Simon on the Monday and outlined what was happening. Simon came out on the Tuesday morning, he had the required parts on his van and repaired the machine there and then. He charged a fair price and clearly knew his job. Machine now works fine. He was only at our house a few minutes. He just gets on with the job. Very professional and very reliable.

Easy to contact and set up appointment. I was notified prior to the serviceman coming. He was professional, mask on, knowledgeable. The ice maker started working earlier before he got there but he did go over what could have been wrong and he told me to call if it stops working. I was only charged a trip charge. I will definitely call again if the problem reoccurs.
Oven element needed replacing as it stopped working. Called Pelsall Domestic Repairs first thing and they agreed to come out later that morning, arrived as expected and replaced the element. Efficient and polite, would definately recommend their services.
