Wilko has a bit of everything. Beauty, creams, shampoo, gardening things, kitchenware, stationery, toys, DIY, picture frames, candles, sweets. It really did take over from Woolworth's. It's one of those shops you go in for one item and come out with 4! Because it's good to browse, it's almost like a new religion in these covid times. Sadly, the queues get longer and longer. I avoid it like the plague at weekends. The self service tills help a bit, but the staff who watch over those tills would be better served to operate the regular tills. Still, I'm not complaining. It does have something for everyone. The garden/allotment display in the Walton office is so creative, it brought a smile to my face. It's a bit of a Godsend this store stayed open during the pandemic.

Good prices and well stocked. One item didn’t have a price but a member of staff managed to sort that out instantly. Good range of things, paint, wallpaper, cosmetics, shampoo etc, wipes, beer making supplies, pick n mix, toys, stationery, pet supplies...
One of my favourite stores on Walton High Street. Always nice to wander in and have a browse, I inevitably find something useful for the home or car. Tools and electrical supply items are good value, as is the bird food and men's deodorants. Staff are always friendly and helpful if one needs help.
No problems with sanitizers. Well organised and no crowding. Polite staff as usual.
Great prices, got two boxes of post lights for 10 each and got 5 off how good is that?
