Petco is my one stop that I make for all my doggie needs. The staff at this particular Petco in Warren, MI is extremely personable and treat you and your pets like extended family members. If they don't currently have something in stock, they will special order for you. So much positive vibes from these guys @ Petco
Was very pleased with my experience, employee who waited on me was very helpful and friendly offered recommendations on a better product.
Staff was not friendly. You can find the high quality products in stock here. As well as organic for your pets as well. Price pays for quality for sure.
Went in for some quick snacks and saw a trainer (Nancy?) and groomers from the back not wearing masks. When I talked to Lisa the manager she said she had gotten just gotten a call from corporate about someone else complaining about the lack of mask wearing... and now the groomers would abs everyone else on the floor was. I'm appreciative of her correcting and assuring me of the situation, but disappointed because this is now the second time I have seen a blatant disregard for public health policies on this store.
