Speaking as a tradesman, I actually think quite highly of this place. The staff are, by and large, helpful and courteous, the range of goods is pretty extensive, and the prices are reasonable. It's scheme for the trade is far better than the opposition (B&Q).

Did click and collect unfortunately no separate queue for this,had to queue behind 7 others. Should be set up better for click and collect customers. Items are in the exit area.

I went to buy a gate. Staff were really helpful, friendly. Seemed to have the right attitude to the job. Can pay by cash & all cards including American Express! Miles better than B&Q!
