I was in Ursynow City Hall this week to complete my address registration. This was my FIRST and ONLY positive urzad experience during my entire stay in Poland. I have had tons of unpleasant experience in different offices but this time it was different. Thanks to the pani who helped me a lot!

No one knows anything, confused personnel, very rude and unprofessional! Information stuff on the north side of the building is telling us complete different things that stuff on the south site (the main entrance). Takes unnecessary long time to get finally to the right person! Be aware, it takes whole day to accomplish simple tasks... if you lucky:)

The staff is pleasant but do not think that your formalities will be rapid... You will have to take a ticket, then wait for your number. Last time, 55 minutes for me. And the adventure is not ending there: AFTER, you have to pay for the formalities, meaning you have to take another ticket (another floor) and queue another time at the Kasa: 45 minutes once again for 17 PLN. Back to the initial desk. By chance, the lady was nice and gave me directly the paper I was coming for. Otherwise, I had to take another ticket and wait once again during 45-60 minutes. To summarize : on a minimum half a day is requested for each formality. A pity that they do not sell kanapka (sandwiches) there. By the way, their toilets are very clean :-).
