They don't deserve 1 star. Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They find a way to mess up my order every month. The customer service is the worst. Will be looking for a new pharmacy to get my supplies from moving forward.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star, but I had to at least give that for the review. I literally called on yesterday to inquire about making an appointment, just to be told...one wasn’t needed. I drive 30 mins after my dr appt, just to get there and be told that it’s appointment only. How does one person say, no appointment is needed...for another to say, they ONLY see people by appointments?! Staff need to be universally informed on the processes to make sure that they’re providing the correct information to customers. It’s hard enough to have to deal with some of the issues that may come with an illness, to then have to become frustrated with uninformed staff.

Was waiting a long time after ring the bell for service. They I ask if there was a cashiers they informed me that everything had to go through insurance service. There was no sign say if need assistance please check with insurance service. Very bad

How is this place still in business? We used this pharmacy for months since it was the only place that we could have a specific medication compound. However, every single time we placed an order there was an issue. Their customer service is terrible and I'd be worried about filling medications here as they all appear to be incompetent - from the owners, to the pharmacists and the staff. If you feel like risking your life, go ahead and take a chance on this place, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
