I just couldn’t wait to send leave this review……..on behalf of myself, my brother Dan and our family, we would like to extend to you and your wonderful staff our deep appreciate for the extraordinary care you took with our Dad and our family and the attention to every detail associated with his service from start to finish today. It certainly makes our mourning the death of our Dad a lot easier. This is our second wonderful and flawless experience we have had with Casey's Eastside Memorial and their marvelous staff under the direction of Garrett Casey Jr. Our Mom passed away September 2019 and our experience was equally as rewarding then as it was today. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts... the Casey's Eastside Memorial is simply the best!!

My mother passed away early November 2020. Eastside Memorial provided our family the help and support we needed to be able to say farewell to her in a dignified way and be safe for the family and friends. Mr Casey Sr. himself gave us all the time we needed to understand the process, handle information, communicate with the cemetery, make decisions - and allow us to have time to grieve. The facility is big and very clean, providing enough space to welcome friends in a very safe way. The crew took very good care of the process how people were ushered in and out. From the very first moment we contacted Eastside Memorial to the last moment of the funeral, our father and the rest of the family felt understood, supported and treated with the empathy one expects on moments like this. Garrett and all the professional staff at Eastside Memorial took care of us as if we were the most importamt people in the world. Every moment we were with him, working on final arrangements, making choices about songs, readings, mass cards, flowers and every detail, his attention and his recommendations were personal, considerate and mindful of our every need. Garrett and all of his staff treated us like family. The space for the viewing was beautiful, dignified, and accomodated everyone comfortably. We questioned whether an open casket was desirable, but when we saw our beloved departed, the love and care that was taken with him was evident and our choice to have an open viewing was clear. Our family could not have been better served anywhere. Much gratitude and thanks go out to all the Eastside Memorial family for making a terribly painful time more manageable and beautiful.
My father Walter B Smith Jr. passed away as a result of COVID-19. It was unexpected & an overwhelming shock to our family. On behalf of my entire family, I want to thank you Garrett Casey Jr. & your staff at Casey’s EastSide Memorial for the caring & professional manner in which you handled the services & military burial for our dad/husband. Your kindness, guidance & attention to detail really helped us & we are very grateful. Your consoling demeanor while making arrangements left our minds at ease knowing that our dad/husband was in the most capable hands. This was such a difficult time for all of us.
