Bought an item as a gift, was told a refund was fine if kept receipt and item was obviously unused and in original packaging. Arrived today to be told no refunds unless faulty! Absolute joke. Won't be using again so it's their loss as we are keen gardeners who shop regularly. Other local suppliers much cheaper with happy looking customer sales staff.

My first visit to this nursery. We were all pleased with our time here. Parking was a bit of a challenge but this was simply due to the popular Christmas attractions. The detail of the sets was very good.
Surprisingly busy and fairly high prices. They also have a complicated one way system with some narrow gaps between trees so not great if you have a wide vehicle. They do have logs for sale however they are expensive at about 6.50 for a smallish net bag. Also very average covid measures in place and not very enforced.
Excellent selection of seed potatoes 20% off, so a good buy. Plus good deal on compost if you buy 3 bags, help available to load in car. One way system very organised and at the moment cashiers are under cover in foyer. Well worth a visit, shop local, stay safe.
Fantastic place great walk through. And top notch cafe. had a fantastic day visiting the Christmas walkthrough and taking 3grandchildren to visit santa who was fantastic listened to what the children had to say and spoke gently to them great selection of presents to choose from, perfect place to visit. grandchildren asked if we could go again next year. all the staff were very helpful and friendly. A must to visit.
