For the past 8 years, Med Cakes has been our go-to place for celebration cakes whether we've ordered in advance or showed up on the day to get one of their cakes off the shelf. The assorted pastries make for a delicious treat to take to someone's house as a token. I have tried the baguettes which are great too. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The place is definitely loved by the locals.

Ordered a cake for my partner’s birthday. Beautiful cake and delicious! Service was perfect and utterly professional. Highly recommended!
I specially requested NO gold gooseberrys on the cake ( it was even written on the receipt with the cake details) but they still put it on. I was given an apology but It happened twice. On both occasions I paid in full, quite disappointed because they are our nearest cake shops.
