Doctors and Nurses are lovely. Admin staff are telfon shouldered and work shy. Good luck getting that phone call answered. Is it urgent? Then we will 'urgently' hang up on you after you've waited 20 minutes. They'll avoid giving a name over the phone as that limits accountability, just wait for the excuses. Avoid unless you're dying and even then...

Doctors and nurse here I have no problem with it’s just how the receptions lacks in answering the phone like you be on the phone for like 45 minutes and just when the phone clicks like someone is about to pick it up it cuts off, The only way you ever manage to get an appointment at this place is by standing outside at 7am waiting for the doors to open at 8am and even then SOME receptionist can be completely rude. If this is how doctors surgeries work then are we really surprised we have problems with non emergencies at A&E

Queensway medical centre is an absolute joke. The chances of the your phone call being answered is zero, the best you will get is within the hr! The service is poor and patient care is at a high risk due to not getting any appointments or at worst the phone not being answered. How the CQC (Care Quality Commission) have not picked up on this is baffling. Even with the bad press and media coverage has not deterred the way the surgery operates.

One of the most inept medical centres I've ever been too. They want everything done online but make it impossible to do so, have a terrible phone service leaving you in queue after queue, and they fail to communicate with both patients and other medical services. Just useless.

The whole medical center is a joke and I wish I can vote no star here. Found receptionists rude, unprofessional and not at all interested in your health concerns. They rarely answer there phones! Takes weeks for prescriptions to be processed. They are continuing to accept new patients when they are already exceeding their patient capacity and beyond! I would not recommend this surgery and have since changed to another one.
