I rang them to explain my elderly mother in law was having a major issues with ants nests internally as well as externally to her property. All costs were explained on the phone to me as well as the work that would be carried out. I explained it was urgent and had Jack arrive to carry out the proposed work. My mother in law was instantly put at ease by a very polite and professional man! All work was carried out as described and the cost was as agreed. I am delighted with the service she received and would like to thank yourselves and Jack specifically for your outstanding service!

Called Sandwell Pest Control to deal with a squirrel in the loft. Jack came out, set some traps, kept appointment times and was flexible when we needed to change times making the process quick and easy. Would use again A Squirrels have now gone, thanks once again.

Steve came to sort out a wasp nest in my loft that almost gave me a heart attack when I came across it and wasps were flying all around the upstairs of my house. He came out within about 2 hours of calling. Gave me plenty of info and was very friendly. Showed me and my son a photo of the nest aswell as we were interested. Great service. Thanks Steve! :-)
