Lee attended the property promptly less than an hour after making the call. He gave a thorough examination of the property and kept us informed throughout the inspection what he was looking for. Lee provided a few options for solutions to our problem and carried them out immediately when requested. He was friendly and informative throughout and you did not ever feel patronised throughout his visit. Would heartily recommended to any others experiencing pest problems.

Did exactly what I asked them too and got rid of the wasp nest in the loft. Daniel is a nice chap who went out of his way to make sure no wasps entered the house as they had started coming out of the woodwork. He even advised a couple of loose tiles he found as he could see daylight coming through the roof tiles! Altogether a good job done.
A first class sevice. Very professional, extremely quick response and very pleasant in all their dealings.Obviously a great deal of knowledge about the habits of the wasps. We really appreciate his empathy with the wildlife and the fact that he would not destroy a colony unless it was necessary. We would happily recommend their service.
Called as was not sure if I had a wasps nest and I am allergic. Lovely gent came out and took a look. Gave me some great advice and didn’t charge me as he didn’t need to treat them. I would use these people again could not fault the service and would of happy paid what was quoted if needed.
