I had bought a pair of shoes from them last week and only wore them once. They didn't fit right and hurt my feet so I went to try to return them and the salesman told me that even though he couldn't return them and then to resell them he could give me a store credit and call the company that made the shoe to see what they could do about it and to let them know that something was wrong with the shoe. He was extremely polite and very professional. I will definitely go back there and whenever I need something like a coat or shoes.

Staff were very friendly & knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even threw in a rifle bag at no extra cost, I did not feel discouraged at all. I Brought a rifle and 9mm hand gun and was in and out in no time. Like everyone else mentioned it’s a bit pricey, but with great quality equipment. Spent an arm and a leg and would be checking them out for future purchases. Check it out see what they got you never know.

My son, who's about to turn 21, and I went to the Grape Street location because he had seen a Taurus .357 there the previous day. He was still about a month shy of being able to purchase it himself so he asked me to buy before it was gone. I thought the gun looked a little dingy but seemed otherwise okay. I paid for it and they put the purchase through the background check. While we waited my son and I had conversations with the two men behind the counter, Dave and Steve. Dave took care of the transaction from start to finish. Very nice guy. What impressed me most was that Steve pulled our purchase out of the box and proceeded to polish it, unasked while we all talked for the next 20 minutes. That gun looked new when he was done. My son and I were both impressed with this (and their conversation). Steve went above and beyond in my estimation. Keep up the good work gys!!
