I found this gem of a health food store while visiting Newcastle Hypnotherapy at the clinic upstairs. They have a big range of natural remedies, supplements, vitamins and lots of veggie vegan foods and whole foods. The staff are so friendly and eager to help. Best of all they have an organic bakery making amazing sourdough and spelt breads.
