Unprofessional staff that simply doesn't care. They'll lie to you, and lie to cover up each other's lies. They couldn't care less about patients or their health concerns. As if debilitating problems weren't hard enough to cope with, physically and emotionally, being shown it doesn't matter only serves to make it worse. Any concept of caring here is a joke.

My family & I recently had a trip out of the country & we all needed Covid tests to enter our country of destination. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful in navigating this process & getting us the test results within the time frame we needed. Everyone was very professional and helpful! This place is a joke. Literally every time I call to have my script refilled my provider is no longer there. They then make me schedule an appointment to have a new script. I’ve been on this medicine for 10 years and the lady at the front desk tried to say it wasn’t even on my list of medications and had a huge attitude with me. I do not recommend this facility at all. I’ve been going for years, once you get into see a doctor their service is fine but their front desk and lack of communication with their clients is a joke.

If you’re looking to get tested for covid, go elsewhere if possible. I was told my results would take 24-48 hours and that was on Thursday. The nurse that conducted the test was very friendly and professional. I called first thing Monday morning and was told a nurse would be calling me back shortly with my results. I waited about 3 hours before I called again and was told by a different lady that my results haven’t come in and it could take 4-7 business days. I explained that that’s not what I was originally told. She kept talking over me and she said she would get a message to the nurse and have them call me after 12:30. No call, so I called again and was told again that my results aren’t in but this time she said it could take 2-5 business days and she would have a nurse call me back. It’s very frustrating and feels like no one is on the same page, all of the communication is very inconsistent.
