All staff at Tesco Pharmacy are amazing. They go the extra mile to provide great customer service. Jenny, Tony and the gang cannot do enough and should be commended for their friendly, personal touch. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have started using Wigan Tesco pharmacy recently and I’m bowled over by how efficient the staff are. I use pharmacies frequently and have had more than enough bad experiences, but I’ll be sticking with this one from now on. Always a friendly greeting and smile, prescriptions are always ready for me to collect. Keep up the great work!
Very busy, not enough space to sit and wait for prescriptions. Staff ok, some better than others but everywhere is the same really. I found it a bit intimidating when I tried to stand and wait as people came busling past me nearly knocking me over! See original answer about waiting space.
