A relatively new customer, last Autumn, but they go above and beyond. Ran out of logs as used so much due to boiler not working, no hot water or heating. Another 3 days before boiler is fixed. But after calling William Alexander on Monday morning, Alex delivered my logs at tea time on same day. What can I say. Fabulous service. Thank you so much. You have a life long customer.

Super fast service, incredibly friendly and helpful driver who put the logs exactly where we as the customer wanted (had others simply dump in the middle of the drive) Great quality logs and amazing garden waste bags to keep and reuse. We are very impressed and will certainly return. Many thanks
