Beautiful sunset at 9 pm by Lake Simcoe. I love the horizon and the stillness of the water surface where ducks relax and call for quietness.
We wish there was a zero or negative rating to best describe the new owners . I have had my boat in a slip here for years. It has changed ownership a few times over the past years however the new owners ( Keswick Marine also with new management) have ZERO interest in the needs of their customers. They don’t answer their phones, don’t come in on time or don’t come in at all and if you have an emergency like three of my fellow slip boat owners had recently then good luck, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN ! Go anywhere but these two places. Rude and indifferent management, worst experience ever. None of us will be back next year...not that they would care.
I don’t do many reviews but for this horrible “ service” I’ll make an exception. Tried to launch our boat here last weekend but the launch is now chained up. Left a message for the number displayed as they will not answer any of their phones. Left 9 messages over a two week period with not a single answer or response. Been a resident of Georgina for 35 years and it’s no secret that these new owners screwed all the former owners customers and couldn’t give a damn! Today I called again at 9am and was told to call back later when “ she” gets in. Called back an hour later and princess still not in, another hour and she answered and said she was busy and hung up on me. We are reporting both locations to the Better Business Bureau. These guys don’t deserve to be in business.
