Very accommodating facility in just about every possible way a veteran would need.

The Lancaster VA Clinic is a breath of fresh air and a wonderful place to get help from truly caring people who love what they do and care immensely about helping others. I started getting health services from the VA about 8 years ago in Phoenix AZ. I had to go through the Phoenix VA Hospital. It was horrible. No one seemed to care, they were all miserable and it seemed like most of the people working there were normally standing around talking to one another while Vets suffered right in front of them. That is probably not fair to some of them but that is how it seemed.. The VA is a different world here and one that has honestly been life changing. THANK YOU to all of the local PA clinics and to Lebanon and Coatesville, who have both been wonderful to deal with.

I just wanted to say that when I was diagnosed at the Lancaster (Greenfield) VA satellite location, that the staff was kind, helpful and professional. Specifically I would like to thank Andrea at the front desk for her exceptional help with getting me scheduled for an X-ray at the Lebanon VA Hospital within 2 hours after my exam at the satellite location. I also wish to express appreciation for Dr. Jackson, who was able to prescribe certain exercise activities and the need for an X-ray, both of which my wife (a Doctor of Physical Therapy) agreed strongly on (showing his professionalism and knowledge). And also, I want to the the X-ray tech, Douglas, for his thorough X-ray procedure. I felt very honored to have served in the Military when I was met with such kind help from the VA like this. Thank you so much for all you do for the Veterans! Blessings...

I hope you don't need anything done quickly, and no one will ever call you back. I'm at 2 months waiting to get an appointment scheduled for an injury.
