Good test of golf. No bunkers on the course, but plenty of other challenges. Not a long course, but don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s easy. Also has some of the best views in the UK

The course has a great layout and the staff in the club house are welcoming and friendly. The reason for only a 3 star review is the greens are in a poor condition. I understand that the greens must be protected over the winter months but this needs to be communicated when being booked.
Only played two times this year due to Covid 19 and work! Sam and his team at Windermere really looked after us! The greens and the course were outstanding a real credit to the team. On a sunny and dry day you don't get much better than the views from Windermere golf club! Thank you
Amazing golf course! Thoroughly enjoyed our first mixed open!! Absolutely stunning views from each hole! Weather could have been better but then we're in the Lake District
