Used in the middle of covid. Strict covid polices, which didn't do much for one of the poor sales ladies who caught it and was quite ill. Service was good and people helpful. They managed to get some money out of me for a car I didn't test drive. Mind you, loving the car .

I Reported a small water leak into the passenger cabin on a previous visit, I was told it had been rectified. Cleaned the car a few days later, leak was still there unfortunately. My most recent visit I was quoted 350 for a standard service only to be told that it was actually 425 on arriving with the car for the same service, So not the best dealership experience I've ever had.
