The service centre damaged my vehicle, refused to take responsibility for it and scammed me out of the repair costs. I brought my Infiniti Q50 in for an oil change front brake replacement. When the service was completed the vehicles front end alignment was severely off (over 20 degrees off at the steering wheel). I immediately returned to the dealership to rectify the issue but they would not accept fault of any kind. No investigation was conducted and the only information that I was given was we changed the oil and replaced the front brakes. We didnt do anything to affect the front end alignment. They felt no need to prove themselves when questioned and also had the audacity to insinuate that I was lying to them to get a free alignment job. They told me that their techs noted the misalignment when I arrived (which was clearly a lie considering that I drove the vehicle there without issue, and realized the issue so quickly after leaving). They then supposedly made a conscious decision to do nothing about it, not even inform me of the potentially dangerous condition. It is clear to me that the staff was either lying to me, was negligent with my vehicle, or both. After paying 2000 for the planned work they proceeded to charge me an extra 150 to repair their mistake. After some convincing they reduced the charge to 100 but that was the best they could do. I was a loyal customer to this dealership for 3 years and I had spent tens of thousands of dollars there, yet they still would not give me the benefit-of-the-doubt over a 100 charge. No investigation was done to learn what actually happened to my vehicle and, instead, they just assumed the customer to be wrong - End of story. Dont let them treat you this way. Find a different service centre, and a different dealership while youre at it.
Barry Snyder sold me a beautiful new car, but even more important than my car was his exceptional level of service. He’s very honest and goes by a no nonsense approach to customer service. He even followed up with me twice after purchasing my car. He explained everything to me in simple terms, and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. I would highly recommend Barry!
