One star isn’t even worth it. There’s HIPAA laws in place for exact reasons of the responses of this “professional” practice. Whoever is in charge or working at this place should be ashamed of how rude and unprofessional you all are. You can not sit here and tell someone their views on your office and staff are wrong because you are not in their position. Clearly, this offices is staffed with narcissists who could care less about the outlook and views of their patients/and (or) future patients. You have one job. Do it correctly. Thanks!

How are you going to respond to a review left over a year ago not just by me but also by my husband and claim it's a false review. I found the prescription and he still got his meds. It could have been handled completely differently but you decided to treat him as a criminal. You're response while completely late to the game its also completely false. Regardless of him losing it doesn't excuse how rude and unprofessional your practice is. You responding now just proves my claim of unprofessionalism. You took the time to look up mine and my husband's information just to respond to a bad review. Do you have nothing better to do?

Only if I could give no stars. The front desk staff and the nurses are amazing however, Dr Fartash is one of the worst doctors i have ever seen. She kept cutting me off and told me multiple times she can’t help me and i have to see a specialist for every single issue i had. First time i saw her she told me she can’t help me without my blood test so i did whatever she asked for and she did the exact same thing the second time. I was very unsatisfied after leaving her office for the second time and would not recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor who can help them better their health. She didn’t discuss anything with me the proper way she barely gave me 10 minutes of her time twice I went. The first time she just left the room without even saying good bye making me think there is more for me to do. I gave her two chances and even asked for an office in-charge to discuss my concerns about her however, no one was able to help. I hope she treats her next patient better so they don’t feel the same way i did.

The doctor was very kind and had great bedside manner. The office staff was super helpful and caring as well. Overall, it is a highly professional office with great customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new primary care physician!
