Absolutely would recommend! Lady taking temperature was so very friendly. She gave us new masks to wear in the hospital and was very hygienic in handling them. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and professional in taking payments and registering us. It was my first time at the hospital and she walked us to the waiting room because I didn't know where it was. My daughter was seen by Dr Siraj Adam who listened to my concerns regarding my daughter and gave me his honest opinion. He was so attentive and completely relaxed my daughter who was feeling a little apprehensive about the visit. He recommended a specialist regarding our concern and wrote a prescription which my NHS GP failed to do so. I came to Dr Adam after being disregarded by my GP and I am so glad that I did. I always felt like I was being listened to and not once did he talk over me. I would absolutely recommend this hospital, especially Dr Adam. I am now considering to move my whole family to his care. Well done to the team.

Attended Spire East London hospital last week for a minor operation and the staff were amazing and so friendly. I ended up having to stay there overnight but the staff made my stay comfortable and as pleasant as possible. Thanks to Ann and Edna and a few other nurses who I unfortunately I cannot remember the names of as I was in and out of consciousness. Would definitely recommend.

Very impressed with the care received during my short stay for sinus surgery under consultant Mr. Bhattacharyya. Very special thanks to my nurse Vicki who took great of me before and after surgery on day of arrival. Barb who made sure I had everything I needed and Moricor the ward sister. This Hospital is the sole purpose of why I have switched my entire family to private health care. As much respect as I have for our NHS I just feel with the population of our country rising there bending over backwards but with no staff and cuts it's become so horrible even trying to get appointment or sitting around 6-7 hours just to talk to someone. However this place is absolutely amazing I have never seen any organisation as professional as this, starting from staff professionalism to the cleanliness and the car park spaces I felt as if I was coming into a 5* Hotel it's absolutely brilliant hats of to these guys for doing such an amazing job.

I had surgery at the hospital in October, with an overnight stay, and the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible. The nurses, including Maricor Balinbin, made sure my recuperation from the surgery went smoothly. Many thanks to all of them and the staff, who were extremely pleasant and friendly.
