I bought a used Honda here at Lexus of Woodland Hills. Thinking it’s a Lexus dealer for sure the car would be straight with no issues other then noted. They assured me that the car was CARFAX free of any issues. Once I got the car home 2 1/2 hours away and noticed during daylight hours that the rims were seriously damaged and attempted to cover up with spray paint. They did send someone out to repair the rims and I will admit they are better then before. However I also pointed out the damage to the front bumper with overspray, missing bolts and all. Clearly this vehicle had front end damage and was painted to cover it up. The masking tape was still on the bumper. This should have been on the CARFAX report but better yet there is NO way their mechanics did their multipoint inspection and didn’t notice this. The clear give away is under the hood and under the front end where the black plastic is hanging low. Didn’t notice that at the dealers the night I purchased the vehicle. I specifically asked it it was a clean vehicle. He said well the CARFAX is clear so of course it is. Haven’t heard anything back on that issue. As a response to Lexus comment. I did not talk to or hear from any of your managers about The bumper being painted or repaired.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested and offered smart advice. The dealership was very clean and beautiful. One of the BEST dealer i have ever met. I recently purchased CPO from them. from the purchase through finance everything was so professional and fast. Specially Sales person Allen Mark, is the best sales person i have ever met. we only had one car key, but after month later we realize we need extra key so i have called and ask him for favor and he was more than glad to work extra miles for us. Woodland Hills you guys have one of the BEST staff in this market. THANK YOU GUYS. i will recommend to all of the people who wants LEXUS

Worst experience ever first and last time at this dealer took my car in for service Ray Garcia was my service advisor everything seemed fine until it was time to pick the car up noticed the front bumper was side swiped I made sure no other guests were around when I mentioned it to Ray didn't want to make a scene...they wanted to try to buff it out when clearly the clear coat had already been messed up he called over the service manager Luis which was very unprofessional shows up with an attitude I had told him I paid a good amount of money for the car and had been taking care of it really well. Instead of handling the situation in a professional manner he told me he's not the bank or the finance company not caring my concern. It was a headache the whole week back and fourth avoiding me no response...i told them I didn't trust their body shop to get this repaired then they said get an estimate where I wanted I did that then they didn't want to pay they offered half of the repair costs I said no way why should I pay for the damage they caused then they had said they wanted to see the car when it was repaired I said it was fine but they didn't want to pay...I had to involve my insurance company to get my car repaired was a headache I'd never trust my car at this dealership again...at all the other dealerships I been to they always take pictures of the vehicle when I drop it off very dissapointed.

Brad from the service department was outstanding! I was impressed to another level. Getting an oil change was made easy, especially through text. Quick responses. Happy there was an option for my car to be picked up and dropped off because I was busy with work. Then I had an important errand to run later in the day so adding a loaner vehicle was the cherry on top of the sundae. I have always been impressed by Lexus of Woodland Hills since I leased my NX and will always remain loyal to this location. Thank you so much for everything!
