I was so worried about the process of bankruptcy. Matthew Cherney and his team made this process seamless and took the worry and weight off my shoulders. Communication was great throughout the entire process from start to finish. Any questions that I had were addressed promptly. I was happy with the safety measures taken during the COVID Pandemic, allowing our consultation to take place by video. I sought out his service after being referred by a family member and would highly recommend his service to anyone in need. My overall experience was positive one!

Summary: Great all-purpose lawyer I needed some legal work and chose Matthew Cherney in part because it was close to my home. Now I'll use him regardless for my next legal need He and his staff are very organized and do what they say they are going to do. There were no surprise fees or issues within everything going as he described and he set my expectations well. He is VERY accessible and responsive via email and phone. He answers emails and returns phone calls within a reasonable time. He knows the law. He was always ready and able to counsel me on my options, and described in specifics what I would need to do to be successful in the effort. My highest possible recommendation. He's ethical and seems to care about his clients, something I like in a lawyer. I highly recommend him and his office for all your legal needs (don't know if he does criminal law or not?). Like I said, I'll use him again -- the real testament to a happy transaction.
