Took my golf cart in for an annual tune up and oil change. I've had issues ever since - needing to choke constantly. I took it to Canton Golf Carts and turns out all of the jets were missing in my carburetor. I bought my cart brand new from EZGO (direct from factory). Superior was the only group to touch my cart since buying it yet took no responsibility. I can't say for sure what happened, but last time I checked, carburetor jets don't just fall out. Scary as hell as we drive this cart downtown and it could have stalled or failed at any time.

Benny and Rob are awesome in the service department. I brought my dirt bike here and they got it up and running in no time. Very friendly service. Honest guys- which is hard to find in the mechanic business. I appreciate all these did for me and will definitely bring my toys back for service!** only thing was, they put in a used battery that they used to test other bikes with and I went out of town for work and threw the battery on a trickle charger and when I came back I had the same issue again. Bike won’t start up again. I can’t afford to take it back again. Bummer.

I can share a great deal but will try to make this simple. Just think in 2020 there is a business and there are people who do the \Right Thing when Nobody is Looking\! Today, they fixed a problem that they had fixed two months ago - they could have easily said it was something else, etc. NO, that is not what Superior did. They fixed it before they even talked to me! Amazing! They picked up on Saturday and returned to me today! That is an amazing turn around, but what is more valuable is the integrity of these people!

I bought a 2016 Yamaha gas cart from the owner Leon. I did a small test drive, then had it delivered to my house. Once I started driving it, the cart would invariably not start after it had been running for a little bit. The issue would not be detected on the test drive I did at the shop. I called Leon and explained to him what was going on. His immediate reaction was “I’m so sorry, we will make this right. I’ll send my guy out immediately to pick it up.“ since the issue was intermittent, they had to do quite a bit of testing electrically before he found what he thought was the issue. He fixed it, then send it back to the house. The first electric issue fixed and unfortunately it only masked an issue to another problem. Leon personally came back to my house, picked up the cart took it back to his shop and upon more diagnosis he completely fixed the problem. He was very apologetic, and called me routinely to keep me in the loop on what he found and what was going on. His business is extremely busy, yet he busted his butt to make my deal right. And for that, I’m very appreciative. Bottom line, every used vehicle is not perfect, but Leon strives to make it perfect when it leaves his shop. And if it’s not perfect, he will make it right.
