Had my eyebrows done, they're uneven and have a small section missing.. No consultation at all. She just shoved my head back and started threading away, the only word she said was 'stretch' then grabbed my hands and moved them around because they weren't in the right position.. No smile, no greeting, no thank you. Although they're cheap, it's obviously cheap service too so I think I'll go elsewhere and pay a bit more for service with a smile.

You have a manager/team leader that literally watches people like a hawk...not to offer advice or service but to pounce on anyone that dares to think something might be a tester when it isn't. I was looking for something specific and did several laps of the store and in that time she told at least 3 customers off, then returned to her position near the nail station to congratulate herself with her team around her (gossip). Genuine customers were making eye contact with each other, all in agreement that you're not a good addition to the team. Terrible attitude, in your haste to control your stock loss you're losing your customers. Get off your high horse and start serving people. Till staff rarely break a smile and could perhaps benefit from being managed...not suprised though if the same lady is the one giving out orders. Poor at best.
Good selection of products. When walking past the people the nail,eyelash person stares at everyone. Staff at tills are always smiling and happy to help.
