For an office that serves hard of hearing people to tell you to sit down in the waiting room until called to a window is utterly absurd. How are you supposed to hear your number? And the window people do not seem to be trained in speaking clearly and facing the listener. Once you get past the often perfunctory and sometimes rude front office people, the audiologists and technicians are superb.

I like Dr Kao. She gets 5 stars. But the office staff that answers the phone only get two stars. Your call never gets answered without being on hold . I wait three minutes then I hang up. I’ve been trying to make a follow up appointment for a month. My times just as valuable as theirs.

I couldn't even see the doctor because they are so far behind and slow. They told me to get there 20 minutes early. I waited for this appointment for 2 weeks with a sore throat because they didn't have anything after 4 for over a month. So I arrive 20 minutes early to register it took them 20 minutes to call me just to register. I ask if their appointments are running on time being that it is now my appointment time. They said now doctor still has 2 patients before me. So it would be 20 to 30 minutes. I doubt it will take 10 to 15 minutes per patient. In the 20 minutes i was waiting only one person was called, I took off work for this and don't have the time to wait an extra 45 minutes to an hour on top of the 20 minutes just waiting to register to wait just to see the doctor who will probably make me wait in the room 15 more minutes before he comes in. Unless you have all day to wait DO NOT GO HERE. Super unprofessional.
